Responsibilities may include such things as picking up papers, which is outside work, rain or shine, manually picks up windblown paper from periphery of landfill. \u00a0Carries a large plastic trash bag and walks along the fenced border of the landfill, as well as on exterior land adjacent to the public property. \u00a0Pulls paper from the fence and lifts loose paper from the ground, depositing refuse in bag until full. Yard clean-up, general vehicle operation, general office maintenance and other related duties.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS &amp; ABILITIES:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Ability to adhere to work schedule and follows through on challenges as they arise.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Ability to adhere to Company policies and rules that are set forth; promotes the Company\u2019s safety standards; works with a sense of honesty and trustworthiness.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Maintains a feeling of pride in work; strives to achieve all goals.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">High School diploma or GED\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Valid Driver&#8217;s License<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Safely and efficiently perform assigned responsibilities to include such duties as:<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Clean-up work areas;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Perform yard work, including paper pick-up;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Operate general site vehicles and equipment;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Perform general office maintenance and repairs, including painting and janitorial work;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Install temporary wind fences, as required;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Direct traffic at the site as necessary; and\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
